The former "Simple Life" star was joined at her posh South of the Border resort by her "Fashion Star" co-star Jessica Simpson, with Ashlee Simpson and her beau Vincent Piazza also on-hand as the group relaxed around a table while chowing down on a delicious meal.The group sighting comes after Miss Richie spent the previous few days soaking up the sun alongside fellow travel mate Samantha Ronson.Nicole was spotted sporting in a bright blue bikini on Saturday afternoon as she and a swimsuit-clad Miss Ronson romped along the shoreline and cooled off by taking a dip in the ocean.
